Position: Influencer Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators relevant to healthcare and wellness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and healthcare content creators.
Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and brand awareness.
Coordinate with influencers for content creation, health awareness campaigns, and promotions.
Support digital marketing activities including social media campaigns and online brand promotion.
Work with the marketing team to increase patient engagement and brand visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze engagement, reach, and campaign results.
Track campaign analytics and prepare performance reports for management.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and healthcare marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing, preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior in healthcare services.
Knowledge of storytelling, influencer marketing strategies, and campaign analytics.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
