JD FOR INFLUENCER MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We’ve powered footfall-driving campaigns for India’s top exhibitions and fashion events.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns as per marketing objectives and timelines
• Coordinate with influencers for content briefs, deliverables, posting schedules, and approvals
• Negotiate commercials and manage influencer contracts and payouts
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)
• Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, performance, client servicing)
• Ensure brand guidelines and campaign messaging are followed correctly
• Handle influencer follow-ups, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
Requirements & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & influencer ecosystem
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience with campaign reporting and performance metrics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Good to Have
• Experience working with events, lifestyle, fashion, or entertainment brands
• Existing influencer network
• Basic understanding of paid collaborations and performance marketing
• Familiarity with tools like influencer platforms, Excel/Sheets, CRM
