Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with key influencers in line with the company's overall marketing strategy. Tasks include planning and executing influencer partnerships and campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and staying updated on influencer marketing trends to optimize future strategies. This role will also involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams like brand, content, and design to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Expertise in Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Partnership Development
- Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and performance tracking
- Strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for influencer outreach and internal collaboration
- Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and trends in influencer marketing
- Previous experience in marketing, public relations, or influencer management roles is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
