Influencer Marketing Manager (3–4 Years Experience)
Experience: 3–4 years in Influencer Marketing / Creator Partnerships / Social Media Marketing

Role Overview
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketer who can go beyond “sending DMs” and actually build, scale, and optimise creator-led growth engines. This role owns end-to-end influencer strategy, execution, and ROI tracking across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging creator ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Planning
Build and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Identify high-ROI creator segments (micro, mid-tier, niche authority creators)
Design campaign structures (product launches, always-on, affiliate, UGC pipelines)
Creator Sourcing & Partnerships
Discover, evaluate, and onboard influencers across platforms
Build long-term relationships, not one-off deals
Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and contracts efficiently
Maintain a curated influencer database/CRM
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute multi-influencer campaigns at scale
Brief creators with clear hooks, messaging angles, and CTAs
Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and brand alignment
Manage whitelisting, paid amplification, and repost strategies
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track key metrics: reach, engagement, CAC, conversions, ROI
Run A/B tests on creators, content formats, and hooks
Identify top-performing creators and double down
Build dashboards for campaign reporting and insights
Content & Trend Intelligence
Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats, and creator economy shifts
Suggest content frameworks that improve shareability and conversions
Collaborate with internal content/performance teams
Required Skills
3–4 years in, influencer marketing / creator partnerships / social media marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok ecosystems
Data-driven mindset (comfortable with Excel, dashboards, CAC/ROI tracking
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Travelling would be required as part of the work
Language – Must have – Telugu, English, Hindi
Good to Have
Experience in Healthcare or Personal Branding ecosystems
Familiarity with AI tools for creator discovery & content analysis
