What you'll own
- Sourcing & shortlisting creators matched to brand goals, budgets & audiences
- Outreach, negotiation loops & ongoing creator relationships
- Coordinating campaigns end-to-end: briefs, deliverables, approvals, timelines, escalations
- Keeping trackers clean so no deliverable, deadline or payout is ever ambiguous
- Managing expectations on both the brand and creator side
- Supporting commercials — quotes, scope, usage rights
Success in your first 90 days
- A healthy pipeline of vetted creators sourced
- High on-time deliverable rate across managed campaigns
- Strong brand + creator satisfaction
- Tight, accurate campaign trackers
Who you are
- 1–3 years in influencer marketing / talent management / campaign coordination
- Strong communication + negotiation; calm under deadline pressure
- Organised and commercially aware
- Bonus: existing creator relationships, rate-card knowledge, tools like Qoruz
