Hiring: Influencer Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (Student Recruitment)
Students don’t convert through ads anymore — they convert through influence. We are looking for individuals who can turn that influence into real student leads and outcomes.

With over 10,000 successful client journeys and a team of 70+ professionals, we focus on building structured pathways from study to employment and long-term residence in New Zealand.
Role Description
This is not a traditional influencer role. You will act as a trusted voice for students, creating content that not only engages but drives decisions — converting audience interest into enquiries, conversations, and applications.
You will work across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and community platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram to build a consistent, reliable lead flow.
Core Responsibility
Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified student leads.
This means moving beyond views and followers, and focusing on outcomes. You will build trust, respond to queries, and guide students towards taking action — whether that is starting a conversation, joining a webinar, or booking a consultation.
You will not be just a content creator. You will be a lead generator.
What Success Will Look Like
Success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate genuine student enquiries and maintain a strong engagement-to-conversion ratio.
Over time, your content should create a predictable pipeline of serious students ready to progress towards studying in New Zealand.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for individuals who can build or already have influence in the education or student space. This includes creators in study abroad, career guidance, or individuals with first-hand experience of the New Zealand education system.
You should be confident engaging with your audience, answering queries, and driving conversations towards outcomes. Experience in influencer marketing, digital content creation, or student recruitment is advantageous.
A strong, results-driven mindset is essential. If your content generates engagement but not action, this role will not be the right fit.
Compensation
This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential. In addition to a base component, incentives are directly linked to:
- Leads generated
- Enrolments influenced
The more effectively you convert, the more you earn.
