About the Role
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead who understands creators, internet culture, and brand thinking equally well. This role is for someone who has hands-on experience running influencer campaigns across Instagram and YouTube, understands how creators drive business outcomes, and can identify the right talent beyond vanity metrics.
You should understand why a creator works for a certain brand, what kind of audience-brand fit matters, and how to build campaigns that feel native to the internet instead of forced advertising.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and executing influencer campaigns end to end across Instagram and YouTube, including Reels, Stories, Shorts, dedicated videos and brand integrations
- Creator sourcing, discovery and onboarding across nano, micro, mid-tier and macro tiers, and across categories
- Managing creator communication, commercial negotiation, contracts, usage rights, timelines and deliverables
- Building creator shortlists based on brand fit, audience demographics, content style, engagement quality and campaign goals
- Reading trends, internet culture and platform behaviour to make sharper creator recommendations
- Working with creative, strategy and client teams to shape campaign direction and briefs
- Reviewing content from both a brand and audience lens: hooks, scripts, retention, CTAs
- Tracking campaign performance across reach, views, engagement rate, CPM, CPV and ROAS, and turning it into post-campaign reports and learnings
- Building and maintaining creator relationships, talent networks and agency contacts
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years in influencer marketing, creator marketing or brand partnerships
- Hands-on Instagram and YouTube campaign experience, both paid and barter
- Exposure to categories like, finance/fintech, lifestyle, tech, D2C, entertainment, creative advertising or similar
- Strong understanding of creator-brand fit and audience psychology
- Ability to identify creators beyond follower count and engagement rate
- Working knowledge of campaign metrics, creator performance and content effectiveness
- Good taste in content, creators and internet culture
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to move fast, run multiple campaigns in parallel, and solve problems independently
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked at an agency, creator-led company, talent management agency or fast-paced startup
- Understand culture, trend cycles and platform-native storytelling
- Have used creator sourcing and reporting tools such as Upfluence, Winkl, Modash, HypeAuditor, Meta Business Suite or YouTube Studio
- Have run attribution through UTMs, promo codes or affiliate links
- Can think creatively about campaign formats and creator integrations
