Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & PlanningDefine River’s influencer strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.)Identify the right type and mix of influencers based on objectives such as reach, consideration, launches, and city-level relevanceTranslate campaign goals into clear influencer KPIs (reach, views, engagement, CTR, leads etc.)Creator Identification & ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across lifestyle, auto, and regional segments.Own influencer outreach, commercials, negotiations, contracts, and timelinesBuild a repeatable influencer pool in priority cities for sustained, hyperlocal presenceCampaign ExecutionCreate precise influencer briefs aligned to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Ensure timely execution, publishing, and adherence to deliverablesReview content for brand accuracy and compliance (without over-indexing on creative direction)Measurement, Reporting & OptimizationTrack influencer performance across campaigns including reach, views, engagement, cost efficiency, and business metrics where applicableBuild dashboards and monthly reports to evaluate Creator performance, platform-wise ROI and Cost per reach / view / engagementIdentify underperforming vs high-performing creators and optimize spends accordinglyStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, Sales, and Regional teams to align influencer activity with city-level prioritiesCoordinate with agencies and platforms where requiredEnsure learnings from campaigns are fed back into future planning
Ideal Candidate
5 to 8 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing rolesStrong understanding of influencer platforms, creator economics, and performance metricsHands-on experience managing large volumes of influencers and multiple campaigns simultaneouslyComfortable with numbers, dashboards, and performance reviews; not just content outputGood negotiation skills and budget ownership experienceFamiliarity with regional creator ecosystems is a strong plus
