About the role
This role is about turning trust into momentum.
You will own how our products are spoken about by partners, creators, and users who already respect our work. Not through campaigns or noise, but through real relationships, informed conversations, and consistent follow-through.
This is not a sponsorship-buying role. It’s a relationship-building and outcome-driving role. You’ll work with an existing ecosystem and make it durable: clear communication, repeatable systems, and partnerships that compound over time.
If you enjoy owning relationships end-to-end, asking clearly for outcomes, and building credibility through execution, you’ll enjoy this role.
What you’ll do
Own Partner & Creator Relationships
- Build and maintain deep relationships with partners, creators, and advocates.
- Turn trust into consistent outcomes:
- Brand mentions
- Case studies
- Testimonials
- Co-created content
- Make collaboration feel natural, informed, and mutually valuable.
Enable Advocacy
- Keep partners informed about product updates and use cases.
- Translate product context into talking points partners can confidently use.
- Work with Product and Marketing to create partner-ready narratives.
You don’t need to be deeply technical, but you must be curious enough to understand: 1. why our product matters; 2. where it fits; 3. what makes it genuinely different
Build Community Voice
- Identify power users who care deeply about our products.
- Create thoughtful reasons for users to share experiences and feedback.
- Build a small, high-quality group of people who enjoy engaging with us.
Rigour & Follow-Through
- Track relationships, conversations, and commitments.
- Close loops.
- Keep things moving without needing reminders.
What success looks like
- Partners talk about us regularly, without being chased
- Brand mentions feel earned, relevant, and informed
- Co-created influencer content ships consistently
- Our partner and user ecosystem feels respected, well-run, and alive
Who you are
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years in partnerships, advocacy, influencer marketing, or community-led growth.
- Strong relationship instincts with high follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Comfort asking for outcomes, not just alignment.
- Ownership mindset: you treat relationships like long-term assets.
You might also bring:
- Experience in SaaS or developer tools
- Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem
- Experience running advocacy, ambassador, or partner programs
