Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Junior Executive, based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and collaborating with influencers for marketing campaigns, managing social media marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with influencers and partners. Responsibilities include supporting the planning and execution of impactful influencer campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, researching trends, and ensuring campaign deliverables align with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively build and maintain partnerships, collaborate with teams, and convey ideas clearly
- Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns
- Familiarity with Public Relations and Sales to drive brand association and increase visibility
- Organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and performance metrics
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and analytics tools is a plus
- Immediate joinee preferable
