Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Move fast to figure production, props, logistics, and on-ground requirements for shoots and activations.
Manage and grow social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) including content, community engagement, and collaborations.
Coordinate with designers, writers, performance marketers, and external agencies to get assets delivered on time.
Run and manage communities (e.g., programs like our menopause internship) and keep them active and engaged.
Contribute to creative ideation, trend research, and new format experimentation.
Track campaign performance and share simple, actionable insights with the team.
Maintain marketing calendars, content pipelines, and project trackers.
Skill Sets
0.5-1 year of work experience
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic design or editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and experiment.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup or dynamic environment.
