Job Title: Influencer Marketing Intern
Location: Chembur
Duration: 3 months
Work timings: 10-7PM
Stipend: 10K per month
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern who can independently manage
influencer marketing end-to-end — from ideation to execution — while helping achieve monthly
growth targets. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a solid
understanding of content that performs well on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
● Research, identify, and reach out to relevant influencers across platforms.
● Onboard influencers and manage collaborations from briefing to final delivery.
● Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines with creators.
● Ideate campaign concepts and content ideas aligned with brand goals.
● Write hook-worthy scripts and content briefs for influencer reels, posts, and stories.
● Plan influencer content calendars to meet monthly targets.
● Coordinate and ensure timely posting on social media grids and stories.
● Track performance and ensure all deliverables are live as planned.
Requirements:
● Prior experience in influencer or social media marketing.
● Strong content ideation and scriptwriting skills.
● Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
● Good understanding of Instagram formats (reels, posts, carousels, stories)
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Target-driven, organised, and detail-oriented.
