Role: Influencer Marketing Intern (Remote)
This is a virtual, remote internship where you'll work directly with the Youthfluence team on live influencer campaigns for real brands. You'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, coordinating creator partnerships end-to-end, assisting with content strategy and campaign briefs, and tracking campaign performance and creator deliverables. You'll also contribute to brainstorming sessions for new client pitches, stay on top of trending content formats and creator economy shifts, and support content creation to drive authentic engagement between our clients and influencers. This is a hands-on role. You'll work on actual campaigns from day one, not hypothetical case studies.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and how social media engagement actually works
- Strong research skills. You should be able to find the right creators for a brief quickly and assess their fit
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll be coordinating with influencers and internal teams
- Understanding of basic content performance metrics such as reach, engagement rate, and CPV
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns without dropping the ball
- Comfort with Instagram, YouTube, and content creation tools
- A proactive, figure-it-out attitude. We're a fast-moving team and value ownership
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, campus marketing, or digital marketing is a plus
