Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Influencer Marketing Intern located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include identifying and researching social media influencers, managing communications, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in developing innovative marketing strategies. The intern will track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports to measure the success of influencer marketing initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including video production and digital marketing, is also an integral part of the day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends.
- Skills in research, communication, and relationship management with influencers and partners.
- Ability to plan and execute content-driven marketing campaigns strategically and creatively.
- Basic analytical skills for monitoring campaign performance, generating insights, and creating reports for decision-making.
- Proficiency in time management and organization to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive learning attitude with enthusiasm for digital marketing and social media trends.
- Experience with video production workflows or prior knowledge of influencer marketplaces is a plus.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
