Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Intern based in Gurugram. The intern will assist in identifying and collaborating with social media influencers, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing their impact on brand performance. Daily tasks will include researching influencers, managing communications, tracking campaign metrics, assisting with creative direction for influencer-led video campaigns, and supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks. The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analysis skills for identifying and evaluating influencers
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, with an understanding of influencer marketing dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for influencer outreach and collaboration
- Organizational and time management skills for coordinating multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, content planning, and audience engagement
- Highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented with a passion for social media and branding
- Experience or education in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is advantageous
- Familiarity with analytical tools and metrics to evaluate campaign performance is a plus
