What you’ll do:
- Brand & Influencer Strategy: Develop brand campaigns, maintain consistent messaging across marketing touchpoints, and scout the right creators or A-list celebrities that align with the brand’s target audience.
- Cost & Talent Management: Negotiate contracts, manage relationships with stars and
vendors, and keep a sharp eye on celebrity association costs to maximize ROI.
- End-to-End Production & Execution: Handle the flow of production from pre to post production. Master logistics like call sheets, schedules, gear, and budgets.
- The Bridge & Firefighter: Act as the main point of contact for clients, celebs, directors, and crew members. Solve on-the-fly hurdles so campaigns stay on track.
- Delivering Magic: Oversee shoots, track the edit process, and coordinate promotional activities like photo shoots and events.
Who you are:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience into Influencer Marketing, Talent Management or relevant role.
- An organized mind set to juggle brand strategy, influencer marketing, and shoot logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage celebrity costs and stakeholder
relationships.
- Comfortable with dynamic environments, late-night shoots, last-minute changes, or out-of
station travel when production demands it.
