This is not a traditional marketing internship.
You will work on building a clipping ecosystem where long-form content is distributed through short-form platforms using a network of editors and creators.
Your core responsibility will be outreach, onboarding, and scaling a community of clippers.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to Instagram editor pages, meme pages, and clippers
- Build and manage a community of content editors
- Onboard creators into the clipping ecosystem
- Coordinate with clippers for consistent content output
- Track performance (views, engagement, reach)
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing pages

StipendMonth 1: INR 5,000 fixed + INR 5,000 performance-based
Month 2: INR 10,000 fixed + INR 10,000 performance-based
Month 3: INR 15,000 fixed + INR 15,000 performance-based
Performance-based growth applies strictly based on output.
