Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the influencer marketing team in identifying and researching relevant creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining influencer databases, assisting with outreach, drafting collaboration briefs, and helping manage communication and follow-ups. The role also involves tracking campaign progress, collecting performance data, and preparing basic reports or summaries for internal stakeholders. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to support smooth execution of influencer campaigns and community initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital culture, with an understanding of current trends and creator ecosystems.
- Basic skills in research, data organization, and documentation to manage influencer lists, campaign details, and performance metrics.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram, with a proactive and learning-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools or platform insights (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous internship or project experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand collaborations is a plus.
