About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven Influencer Marketing Intern who understands social media trends, loves content, and can spot the right creators for the brand. If you’re someone who lives on Instagram, knows what’s trending before others do, and enjoys building relationships, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with the brand
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations (outreach → negotiation → execution → tracking)
- Build and maintain a strong influencer database
- Coordinate with creators for timely content delivery
- Track performance of campaigns and share insights
- Stay on top of trends, reels, and viral formats
- Assist in campaign planning and ideation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form content trends
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or experience in influencer marketing is a plus
Bonus If You
- Have worked with creators before
- Understand basic analytics (engagement rate, reach, etc.)
- Have an eye for aesthetic/content quality
