Role Overview
We're looking for a driven and culturally plugged-in Influencer Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is ideal for someone who lives on Instagram and YouTube, understands what makes creators tick, and is excited to get hands-on experience executing influencer campaigns for a fast-growing D2C brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and build a pipeline of relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Assist in end-to-end influencer outreach — drafting pitch emails, coordinating briefs, and managing communication timelines.
- Support in onboarding creators — sharing product, briefing on brand tone, and ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives.
- Track deliverables and content timelines to ensure creators post on schedule and as per agreed terms.
- Monitor and compile performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, story swipe-ups) for each influencer collaboration.
- Stay on top of creator trends, viral formats, and competitor influencer activity to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Maintain an organised influencer database with engagement rates, niche, audience demographics, and past collaboration notes.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube — you understand algorithms, content formats, and what makes a creator's audience engage.
- Strong written communication skills — you can craft a compelling outreach email and a clear creative brief.
- Good eye for content quality — able to assess whether a creator's aesthetic and audience fit the brand.
- Organised and detail-oriented — comfortable managing multiple creator relationships and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work full-time from our Mumbai office for the entire duration of the internship.
