🚨 Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Lead — desiKONCEPT
We’re looking for someone to build and manage our influencer + affiliate engine from scratch.

desiKONCEPT is building a 30-second breakfast solution for busy urban India.
We’re not playing the “just healthy food” game —
we’re building a new habit through distribution + creators.

What you’ll do:
Find and onboard micro-influencers (Pune-focused)
Build and manage influencer relationships
Handle outreach, negotiation & follow-ups
Run affiliate campaigns with creators
Track performance & push creators to drive sales
Work closely with founder on growth experiments

Strong communication & persuasion skills
Comfortable DMing, calling & closing people
Understands Instagram & creator mindset
Can manage multiple creators at once
Obsessed with growth, not just tasks
Can handle rejection & still keep pushing
