Role Description This is a full-time, off-site Influencer Marketing Intern role. The intern will support the influencer marketing team in identifying, researching, and shortlisting relevant creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining influencer databases, coordinating outreach, assisting with negotiations, and helping manage communications with creators and agencies. The role also involves supporting campaign execution by tracking deliverables, monitoring content go-live, compiling performance data, and preparing basic reports for internal and client use. The intern will collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to brainstorm campaign ideas, review content for brand alignment, and help ensure timely, high-quality execution of influencer programs.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content; familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Basic skills in research, data organization, and using spreadsheets or dashboards to track influencers, deliverables, and campaign performance.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails, briefs, and internal updates.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from feedback, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, creator economy, talent management, or brand campaigns is a plus but not mandatory.
