Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Intern who
will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns while also actively participating as a UGC creator
and in-house influencer for select brand collaborations.This is a role requiring strong
coordination skills, creative confidence, and comfort being on camera.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Campaign Management
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across multiple client campaigns
Handle influencer communication, negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and payouts
Share briefs and ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives
Coordinate posting schedules and approvals
Track campaign performance and maintain influencer databases
Ensure smooth execution and timely completion of campaigns
UGC Creation for Client Brands
Act as a UGC creator for client campaigns (Reels, Stories, short-form content)
Create authentic, creator-style content including:
Product demonstrations
Voiceovers
Talking-head videos
Trend-based content
Deliver content aligned with brand briefs while maintaining natural storytelling
Shoot content independently or collaborate with the internal team when required
Maintain a professional, confident, and brand-safe on-screen presence
In-House Influencer Participation
Be part of Adbuffs’ in-house influencer pool
Post assigned client content on personal social media profiles when required
Represent brands authentically while following platform disclosure guidelines
Participate in internal shoots, content planning, and trend-based campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable being on camera and creating short-form content
Understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and social media algorithms
Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask across multiple campaigns
