Influencer Marketing Executive (Outreach & Partnerships)
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can identify, reach out to, and onboard influencers for paid collaborations and ad usage.
Your core responsibility will be to build a pipeline of creators, negotiate commercial deals, and secure content usage rights for performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Sourcing & Outreach
Identify relevant influencers on:
-Instagram
-YouTube
-Find creators aligned with brand (beauty, hair care, lifestyle)
-Initiate outreach via DMs, email, or agencies
2. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Negotiate:
-Deliverables (Reels, Stories, etc.)
-Commercials (barter / paid / hybrid deals)
-Ad usage rights (very important)
-Ensure cost-effective deals with clear deliverables
3. Influencer Onboarding & Coordination
Brief influencers on:
-Content requirements
-Brand guidelines
-Timelines
-Follow up to ensure timely content delivery
4. Content for Ads (Performance Focus)
Ensure content is suitable for paid ads usage
Work with performance team to identify winning creators
Build a bank of reusable ad creatives
5. Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with high-performing influencers
Create a repeat creator network for ongoing campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing / outreach
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable talking about money and closing deals
Understanding of Instagram/Reels content trends
Organized with follow-ups and tracking conversations
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can get replies and close deals, not just send messages
Street-smart negotiator (knows when to push, when to close)
Can judge which influencers will actually convert into ads
Proactive and consistent with follow-ups
Good to Have
Experience in beauty / personal care brands
Understanding of what makes a high-converting ad creative
Prior experience working with D2C brands
