We're Hiring: Influencer Marketing Executive (Marathi) 🚀
At nickPat Media the agency managing the most Marathi creators in talent management and influencer marketing we're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
If you understand the Marathi creator ecosystem, have hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns and want to work with 150+ leading brands, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns from onboarding to execution and completion
• Coordinate with Marathi creators for campaign briefs, deliverables, negotiations and timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies
• Research, scout and shortlist creators based on brand requirements
• Ensure timely campaign execution and resolve day-to-day coordination challenges
• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and brands to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Required Skills
• 1+ year of experience in Influencer Marketing or Talent Management
• Proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi (all three) — Non-Negotiable
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
• Strong understanding of the Instagram, YouTube & Facebook creator ecosystem
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset
• Must have your own laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection
