Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Executive & Manager, based in Mumbai. We’re looking for a sharp, driven Influencer Marketing Executive to take charge of the entire Influencer Marketing department. This role isn’t just about running campaigns—it’s about leading from the front, owning end-to-end execution, and making sure every campaign hits hard and delivers real results. You’ll be the go-to for all things influencer—from strategy to negotiation to execution.
Role Description
- Identify relevant influencers in various niches or industries.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers through outreach and communication.
- Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Manage the budget allocated to influencer marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate compensation and terms with influencers to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies with experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to build relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills are must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
- Prior experience in the influencer marketing or digital media industry is an advantage.
