Role Description
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content, creators, trends, and internet culture. If you’re constantly discovering new creators before they blow up, understand what makes content perform, and know how to build genuine creator relationships, this role is for you.
As our Influencer Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with creators, manage collaborations end-to-end, and help grow the brand through impactful influencer partnerships.
What you’ll do:
✦ Identify and onboard relevant influencers & creators
✦ Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and communication
✦ Coordinate campaigns from briefing to posting
✦ Track campaign performance and maintain reports
✦ Stay updated with social trends, viral formats, and creator culture
✦ Build long-term creator relationships and communities
✦ Assist with gifting, seeding, and campaign execution
What we’re looking for:
✦ 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
✦ Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube creator ecosystem
✦ Excellent communication & coordination skills
✦ Someone proactive, organized, and internet-savvy
✦ A creative thinker who can move fast and wear multiple hats
