Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Influencer Marketing Associate. The individual will be responsible for executing influencer marketing campaigns, managing relationships with influencers, and identifying collaboration opportunities for brands. Responsibilities include building and nurturing partnerships, overseeing social media promotions, communicating with influencers and clients, and supporting the execution of innovative marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across relevant social media platforms
• Execute influencer campaigns from briefing to final deliverables
• Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content posting as per brand guidelines
• Conduct regular follow-ups and manage non-responsive creators effectively
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers, reports, and influencer databases
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Address campaign issues, delays, and last-minute changes professionally
Required Qualifications
• 3 months to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or social media management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple campaigns efficiently
• Basic understanding of social media metrics and influencer analytics
• High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
