Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an influencer marketing executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Influencer Marketing Executive will manage relationships with influencers, develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, and analyze campaign performance. Responsibilities include identifying potential influencers, managing influencer partnerships, creating content strategies in collaboration with marketing teams, and driving brand presence across social media platforms. The role also involves tracking results, reporting key metrics, and ensuring campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Influencer Sourcing & Outreach
· Identify and shortlist relevant influencers (micro to mid-level)
· Reach out via DMs/emails and initiate collaborations
· Build a strong pipeline of creators across niches
Campaign Execution
· Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals
· Coordinate content timelines, deliverables, and posting schedules
· Ensure content matches brand tone + performance intent
Content Direction (Very Important)
Guide influencers on:
· Hooks
· Angles
· Messaging
· Ensure content is not just aesthetic, but conversion-focused
Relationship Management
· Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
· Turn one-time collaborations into repeat partnerships
Performance Tracking
Track campaign performance:
· Views, engagement, saves
· Conversions (where applicable)
· Identify what type of creators and content actually works
Collaboration with Internal Team
· Work closely with performance marketing & content team
· Share insights to improve ad creatives and brand messaging
What We’re Looking For
· 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong understanding can apply)
· Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and content trends
· Good English communication skills (must for outreach & negotiation)
· Basic understanding of what makes content perform
· Copywriting or content ideation skills
· Ability to judge creators beyond followers (engagement, audience fit, content quality)
· Organized and proactive (you’ll handle multiple creators at once)
Bonus (Not Mandatory, But a Big Plus)
· Experience working with influencers or managing pages
· Basic knowledge of performance marketing (ads)
