Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive who will manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns. This role involves working closely with brands, strategists, and influencers to ensure smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of campaigns.
You will be the bridge between clients, influencers, and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver strong results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client briefs, campaign objectives, and expectations
- Share regular updates, reports, and campaign progress with clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships with brands
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Translate client briefs into actionable campaign plans
- Coordinate with the strategy team for influencer shortlisting
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns from start to finish
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
3. Influencer Coordination
- Reach out to influencers for campaign execution
- Share briefs, guidelines, and deliverables clearly
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and posting schedules
- Ensure content quality and brand alignment
4. Negotiation & Closures
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with influencers
- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality
- Close deals quickly to meet campaign deadlines
5. Content Review & Quality Control
- Review influencer content before posting
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and campaign messaging
- Coordinate revisions and approvals with clients and influencers
6. Campaign Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, views, etc.)
- Maintain campaign trackers and reports
- Share post-campaign analysis and insights with clients
- Identify learnings for future campaigns
7. Research & Trend Spotting
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats
- Identify relevant influencers for different industries
- Suggest creative ideas and content formats for campaigns
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing metrics (ER, reach, CPM, etc.)
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Tools & Platforms (Good to Have)
- Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Influencer marketing tools (basic knowledge is enough)
- Presentation tools (PowerPoint / Canva/ Google Slides)
