We're hiring at The Attention Theory! 🤍
One month into running this agency, and the work has officially outgrown my two hands. Best problem to have.
So I'm looking for someone to join us in influencer marketing.
What the work actually looks like:
Building creator lists people haven't thought of yet. Running outreach that doesn't sound like outreach. Coordinating campaigns end to end - from the first brief to the "it's live!" message in the group chat. Some weeks are calm. Some weeks a client calls at 11:47 PM saying "we launch this month" and the whole team turns into a war room. Those are secretly the best weeks.
Who I think will love this role:
The person who watches a reel and immediately knows why it worked. Who notices when a brand's feed just looks right and can't scroll past a bad font in peace. Who hears a problem and says "okay what if we tried this" before anyone assigns them anything.

You don't need years of experience. Freshers are completely welcome. I've been the person nobody had hired yet. Taste and hunger beat a long CV every single time here.
📍 The role is remote, though Kolkata folks get bonus points - shoot days, team lunches, and coffee runs hit different in person.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Freshers can apply but you have to be an extrovert
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
