ABOUT THE COMPANY

We're a team of builders, beauty nerds, and marketing obsessives who move fast and think big.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns — from brief to publish to performance report.
- Build and maintain long-term creator relationships that go beyond one-off collaborations.
- Write clear, inspiring content briefs and manage creator deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Track and analyse campaign performance across key metrics: reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Negotiate creator pricing and manage influencer budgets with a sharp eye on spend efficiency.
- Stay plugged into social media trends, viral formats, and the evolving creator economy.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and brand teams to ensure every campaign lands on-brief and on-brand.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Influencer or Creator Marketing.
- Prior exposure to Skincare, Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of the Instagram ecosystem — Reels, Stories, algorithm, creator tiers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — you can close a deal and keep a creator happy.
- Data-driven approach to campaign planning, tracking, and optimisation.
- Creative sensibility with a sharp eye for what’s trending and what converts.
