- Understand client briefs and identify the right influencers based on content, audience, niche, location, language and performance.
- Research, shortlist and evaluate influencers for campaign fit.
- Reach out to influencers/managers, communicate campaign requirements and negotiate commercials.
- Explain content briefs clearly to influencers and ensure they understand the expected output.
- Assist with scripting/content direction wherever required.
- Coordinate with influencers throughout content creation and ensure deliverables go live within deadlines.
- Track campaign deliverables, follow-ups and approvals to ensure smooth execution.
- Build strong relationships with influencers and convert high-potential creators into long-term/exclusive agency partners.
- Report campaign performance, including views, reach and engagement.
- Maintain an updated database of influencers, commercials, performance and past collaborations.

- Bachelorโs degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency handling Beauty, Finance, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, and tech.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Strong negotiation, influencer outreach and relationship-building skills with a go-getter attitude for deadlines.
- Excellent communication for influencer pitching and client updates.
