• Identify, outreach, negotiate, and manage collaborations with influencers, creating content briefs and contracts.
• Monitor campaigns, engage with influencers, and handle deliverables to foster long-term partnerships.
• Making sure an ample number of creators become exclusive to Social Bird.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics or influencer platforms, reporting KPIs like engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and client teams on cross-channel campaigns, ensuring compliance with Indian digital marketing regulations.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency handling hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, and tech.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and project management skills with a go-getter attitude for deadlines.
• Excellent communication for influencer pitching and client updates.
