Role Overview
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to build and scale P•TAL’s creator ecosystem in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Creator Outreach: Identify and onboard a diverse set of influencer
s across lifestyle, home, culture, and beyond
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with
creators
- Negotiation: Drive high-value barter-led collaborations
- Campaign Execution: Brief creators and manage end-to-end coordination for
timely delivery
Content Strategy
- : Stay on top of trends and inform collaboration direction
- Performance Tracking: Track collaborations and evaluate ROI
- Product Dispatches: Manage and coordinate product dispatches for
collaborations
What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years in influencer marketing / social media
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of Instagram and the creator ecosystem
- Strong communication skills
- Content sensibility and trend awareness
- High ownership and hustle mindset
