Job Description: 🎨 Influencer Marketing Executive – Oyela
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes influencer culture — especially in fashion. If you understand creator psychology, know how to drive visits (not vanity metrics), and can turn affiliate creators into consistent revenue engines, this role is for you.
Designation: Influencer Marketing Executive
Type: Full-Time (WFO)
Experience: 1–2 years in influencer marketing (preferably in fashion or D2C brands)
Location: Gurgaon, India

💼 What You’ll Do
● Scout and onboard high-potential affiliate fashion creators who fit the brand and campaign goals.
● Analyse creator pages to identify best-fit products, hooks, and content themes that can drive max visits.
● Maintain strong relationships with creators to ensure smooth coordination and timely content delivery.
● Manage creator product selections and shipments, ensuring all orders align with campaign timelines.
● Track performance metrics like page visits, CPV and implement weekly optimisation plans.
● Hit monthly influencer-driven marketing targets with structured action plans.
🧰 What You Bring
● 1–2 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing (fashion preferred).
● Strong understanding of Instagram fashion ecosystem — creators, trends, formats.
● Ability to analyse creator pages and predict what will work (and what won't).
● Excellent communication & negotiation skills — you know how to work with creators.
● Data-driven mindset with comfort in sheets, reports, and performance metrics.
● Strong organisational skills — you can manage 50–100 creators without chaos.
