Next Step HR is hiring Influencer Marketing Executives for a Fast growing Digital Marketing Agency based in Andheri, Mumbai to Manage creator partnerships, close brand deals, and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Manage brand inquiries, pitch creators, present commercials, and close deals.
- Negotiate deliverables and commercials between the brand and creator.
- Proactively reach out to brands for campaigns when required.
- Oversee campaign execution, shoot scheduling, and coordination.
- Support creators during shoots, ensure timelines and smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills.
- Passion for marketing and influencer marketing.
- An outgoing, proactive, and flexible approach.
- Willingness to work extended/adjustable hours when shoots demand.
- Experience in influencer marketing or talent management is mandatory
