Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and scale our influencer marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, creator collaborations, and campaign execution. You will be responsible for identifying influencers, managing partnerships, and driving measurable campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand goals
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (outreach → negotiation → execution → reporting)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agencies
• Coordinate campaign briefs, deliverables, and timelines
• Track influencer content, approvals, and postings
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI
• Maintain influencer database and campaign trackers
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities

Eligibility / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Experience in negotiating with influencers and managing budgets
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

Skills Preferred

• MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Analytical mindset for performance tracking
• Content and trend awareness
• Time management & multitasking abilities
