We're Hiring: Influencer Marketing Executive (Full-Time, Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere in India)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves influencer marketing—not someone who just sends outreach messages.
At Inggage, you'll work directly on campaigns for some of India's fastest-growing D2C and consumer brands. From discovering creators to negotiating deals and ensuring campaigns go live smoothly, you'll own campaigns end-to-end.
What You'll Be Doing
- Finding creators across Instagram and YouTube that actually fit campaign goals.
- Reaching out to creators and managing communication.
- Negotiating rates while maintaining strong creator relationships.
- Coordinating campaign timelines, briefs, and deliverables.
- Tracking content approvals and ensuring campaigns go live on time.
- Managing campaign reports and performance tracking.
- Building and maintaining a strong creator database.
- Working closely with brands and internal team members to solve problems quickly.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, and influencer marketing tools is a plus.
Bonus Points If You
- Have existing relationships with creators or talent managers.
- Understand influencer pricing and campaign metrics.
- Enjoy negotiating and closing deals.
- Stay updated with creator trends and social media culture.
