Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to manage multiple influencer collaborations, build strong creator relationships, and execute impactful campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key responsibility
● Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
● Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously for different clients
● Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators
● Handle end-to-end campaign execution – outreach, negotiation, briefing, and coordination
● Monitor influencer trends, competitor activities, and platform updates
● Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines
● Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports
● Collaborate with internal teams for content, branding, and campaign strategies
● Manage influencer communication and resolve queries effectively
Candidate Profile
● At least 1 year of agency experience
● Experience in influencer outreach and campaign management
● Strong client communication and coordination skills
● Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer tools, and analytics
● Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
● Creative thinking with attention to detail
● Organized, proactive, and result-driven
● Experience in digital marketing or agency environment is a plus
● Immediate joiners preferred
