Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Influencer Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling influencer campaigns, coordinating with creators and brands, and ensuring smooth execution from outreach to campaign completion.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials with creators.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure timely content delivery while maintaining brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
🎯 Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Brand Partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
