Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Executive, based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and building relationships with influencers aligned with Coitonic’s brand, creating and executing influencer marketing campaigns, negotiating collaborations, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure return on investment. The Influencer Marketing Executive will also stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance Coitonic’s social presence and marketing impact.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, target audiences, and campaign opportunities
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in Marketing and Sales to design and execute strategies that drive engagement and revenue
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in influencer marketing or talent management is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations and campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, timelines, and campaign deliverables
- Negotiate collaboration terms, pricing, and partnership agreements
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI
- Research latest social media trends, viral content, and influencer strategies
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign reports, and performance records
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and creative teams for campaign execution
- Monitor competitor influencer activities and suggest innovative campaign ideas
- Assist in planning product launches, giveaways, and promotional collaborations across social media platforms
