Senior Influencer Marketing Executive (4 Positions)Experience Required: 2+ Years

Role OverviewWe are looking for Influencer Marketing Executives who already understand how influencer campaigns actually work on ground level — not theory.
This role is execution-heavy.
You will be responsible for finding creators, negotiating deals, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring delivery happens on time without excuses.
Speed, ownership, and communication matter more than fancy resumes.
Key Responsibilities1. Creator Sourcing & Outreach• Identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Shortlist creators based on brand fit, audience quality, and engagement
• Reach out to creators via DMs, email, and WhatsApp
• Build and continuously update influencer databases
• Discover new niche creators before they become expensive
2. Negotiation & Commercial Coordination• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with influencers
• Handle barter and paid collaborations
• Ensure deliverables match agreed commercials
• Maintain commercial records and rate benchmarks
• Optimize cost vs output efficiency
3. Campaign Execution• Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish
• Share briefs and ensure influencers clearly understand expectations
• Follow up on timelines and ensure zero missed deadlines
• Track posting schedules
• Ensure all deliverables go live as planned
4. Communication & Coordination• Act as primary contact between influencers and internal team
• Coordinate with content, performance, and brand teams
• Resolve creator issues quickly
• Maintain professional communication at all times

5. Deliverable Tracking & Reporting• Track live posts, stories, reels, and videos
• Maintain campaign trackers daily
• Collect performance data and links
• Share updates internally
• Ensure reports are accurate and timely
6. Database & Relationship Management• Maintain updated influencer database
• Track past collaborations and performance
• Build repeat relationships with reliable creators
• Identify high-performing influencers for long-term collaborations
Daily Work ExpectationsThis role involves:
• High-volume communication
• Constant follow-ups
• Handling multiple creators simultaneously
• Tight deadlines
• Fast decision-making

Required Skills• Minimum 1+ year experience in influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube ecosystem
• Comfortable negotiating with creators
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good with Google Sheets / Excel
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
Preferred Skills• Experience working in an agency environment
• Familiarity with creator pricing benchmarks
• Understanding of engagement metrics
• Ability to identify fake followers or low-quality creators
• Experience handling multiple campaigns simultaneously
