Role Description
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with client and company objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and creators
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, pricing, and timelines
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns
- Coordinate with creative, content, and paid media teams to ensure campaign success
- Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
- Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and competitor activity
- Manage campaign budgets effectively.
- Can able to manage the barter campigns with influencers
- Hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Knowledge of emerging social and digital media trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Proactive mindset, organizational skills, and collaborative ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Can also communicate with clients on day to day
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting performance metrics
- Strong organisational and project management skills
