About The Role
A leading full-service agency is looking for an individual with 7 to 8 of experience in working with youth-centric brands on social media channels, & influencer marketing with a deep understanding of digital trends & the necessary skills to analyze, plan & execute social media campaigns while working with brands and creators/ influencers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple accounts, and develop positive working relationships with clients at senior levels
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Overseeing campaigns and projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
- Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained and make relevant changes in strategy to maximise impact and meet set KPI
- Conduct research and study the social media landscape, trends, current benchmark patterns, and consumer behaviour
- Plan the brands’ social media programming with the team based on monthly cadence, BAU, festive and marketing calendar
- Maintain a healthy P&L for the team ensuring high efficiency, performance and profitability
- Lead and encourage teams to perform to the best of their ability
- Manage the team's workflow and load
- Ensure timely team reviews & OKRs
- Work closely with the management to think through the brief, the insight, the approach and the strategy for new business development
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Ongoing identification and qualification of new influencer talent
- Negotiate and contract influencers on behalf of our clients, particularly in securing advertising rights for the content
- Provide recommendations on contracted deliverables per influencer and activation strategies
- Provide ongoing reviews of influencer-contracted deliverables
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and KOLs
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
Skills
- Well-versed with India’s digital content trends and creators
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in having worked with youth-centric brands and managing their high volume and large scale influencer mandates
- Experience in managing teams
- Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization
- Presentation skills - should be able to present plans to clients & break down briefs to in-house teams
