Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. The coordinator will work closely with marketing teams to identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships. Responsibilities include overseeing influencer campaigns, negotiating collaborations, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring brand alignment. The coordinator will also research trends, monitor social media channels, and collaborate to create compelling content aligned with corporate goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, and campaign management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for developing relationships with influencers
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platforms, and analytics tools
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking collaborations and campaign results
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and content creation tools
- Ability to analyze metrics and create performance reports
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in the agriculture sector is a plus but not mandatory
Salary Range: ₹4.2 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Performance-based incentives applicable)
