Salary Range: ₹4.2 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Performance-based incentives applicable)



Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator to identify, build, and manage collaborations with agriculture and rural influencers across India. The role involves discovering new influencer opportunities, coordinating campaigns, and supporting brand awareness and dealer demand through strategic influencer partnerships.



Key Responsibilities

• Identify, shortlist, and onboard regional agriculture and rural influencers across different states

• Coordinate communication, negotiation, and collaboration planning with influencers

• Arrange dealer-level or field video shoots with influencers and the internal media team

• Maintain influencer database, campaign calendar, and performance reports

• Ensure influencer content includes clear product messaging and dealer visibility

• Explore cross-industry collaboration opportunities within rural markets (e.g., influencers already promoting products such as solar cameras, agri equipment, rural tech, or similar farmer-focused products)

• Identify potential dealers, entrepreneurs, or businesses already working with influencers and explore partnership opportunities

• Develop relationships with influencers from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, understanding their working style and communication approach

• Conduct analytical evaluation of influencers including audience quality, engagement, authenticity, and campaign suitability

• Coordinate closely with the Content Writing and Social Media team for scripting, content planning, and publishing

• Work with the Media/Video team for shoot planning, execution, and content delivery

• Coordinate with the Sales team where required to support dealer enquiries, lead generation, and business opportunities generated through influencer campaigns

• Maintain strong internal coordination across marketing, media, and sales teams

• Field travel may be required as per campaign or shoot requirements

• Ability to identify new influencer opportunities and cross-industry collaborations

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate influencer performance and audience quality

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities

• Ability to work effectively with influencers from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities

• Strong team player mindset with the ability to coordinate across departments

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously



Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field



Preferred Certifications (not mandatory)

• Digital Marketing Certification

• Influencer Marketing Certification

• Social Media Marketing Certification



Experience Requirement


Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, partnership development, or field marketing.



Industry Preference


Candidates with experience in agriculture, rural marketing, agri-inputs, farm machinery, rural technology products, or industrial products will be preferred.
