Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. The role includes building and managing relationships with influencers, identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing their performance. The Coordinator will be responsible for implementing innovative influencer marketing strategies, managing outreach programs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the success of influencer campaigns. Collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams will be essential to ensure alignment with Pair Mark’s branding and campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in influencer marketing, campaign coordination, and partnership management.
- Experience in communication, relationship building, and contract negotiation.
- Analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to evaluate campaign performance metrics.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and trends, particularly in social media and digital platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing is an advantage.
