Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Coordinator role based in Gurugram. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will identify, research, and qualify potential influencers across social platforms, maintaining an up-to-date database of creators aligned with brand and campaign goals. The role includes managing outreach, coordinating communication, and supporting negotiations to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers. The coordinator will assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns, including briefing creators, tracking deliverables, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve monitoring campaign performance, compiling reports, supporting cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product), and contributing ideas to optimize influencer strategies and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and creator ecosystems.
- Skills in research, influencer discovery, and maintaining organized databases or CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft outreach messages, briefs, and campaign updates.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Prior experience or internships in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media coordination is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and engaging directly with creators, agencies, and internal teams.
