Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our on-site team based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will coordinate influencer partnerships, develop campaign strategies, and manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying suitable influencers, facilitating collaborations, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring optimal brand engagement. You will also maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients while ensuring goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in Influencer Outreach and Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Campaign Planning, Execution, and Performance Monitoring
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to Analyze Data and Generate Performance Reports
- Understanding of Social Media Platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
- Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with brand collaboration dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape in India is a plus
